2006 EMST Collection Information
The Lancaster County Tax Collection Bureau (LCTCB) will handle 2006 Emergency & Municipal Services Tax collection. LCTCB is located at 555 Street Name Blvd., Lancaster, PA 17601. For additional information regarding policies and procedures regarding payment and refund, please visit their website at www.lctcb.org or please call them at (717) 555-4521 and press '2' for the employer section. The LCTCB will be mailing all registered Lancaster County employers an introductory letter. This letter will include instructions and coupons for quarterly reporting. The coupons will accommodate reporting employees who have worked in multiple municipalities. This site will be updated as further information becomes available.
